how it works

From hello to shipped, four steps. Nothing hidden.

1

We talk (30 min, free)

You tell me what you need. I tell you if I can ship it, how long, and what it costs. No pitch, no pressure.

2

I scope it (24 hours)

One-page scope: what's in, what's out, timeline, price. Sign or we walk away — no hard feelings.

3

I build it (weeks)

Daily progress updates. You see commits as they land. Working demo at the midpoint, deployable build at the end.

4

You ship it (with support)

Two weeks of post-launch support included. Bug fixes, deployment help, training your team. Hourly after that.

who's building your thing

I drove trucks across the country for ten years before I started coding. Three years into the coding, I'm building tools the industry I came from never had — and taking on outside projects for other founders who need things built fast and built right. I'm not an agency. I don't subcontract. The person you talk to on the discovery call is the person who writes your code. That's the whole pitch.

questions you're about to ask

How do I know you can actually deliver?
SuperTrucker is the public proof. Three months ago it was an idea. Today it's a deployed platform. Beyond that, every project I take starts with a paid scoping phase — if I can't deliver, you find out before you've committed to the full price.
What if my project isn't trucking-related?
Most aren't. The trucking expertise informs how I think about user-facing tools, but the underlying skills — agents, mobile, web platforms, AI integration — are domain-agnostic. I've built or am building work across logistics, education, advocacy, and consumer applications.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
Agencies bill you for project managers, account executives, design reviews, and senior engineers who never touch your code. I am all of those people, which is why my prices are 1/3 to 1/10 of what an agency would quote and my timelines are weeks instead of quarters. The trade-off: I take 2–3 projects at a time, not 200.
What about ownership of the code?
You own everything I build for you. Source code, design files, deployment scripts, all of it. No license fees, no vendor lock-in, no hostage situations.
